PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Use the Metabo RF14-115 hand-held scarifier for effective removal of plaster, adhesive residues, soft screed and old paint from walls, ceilings and floors. This scarifier also features a three-level reduced high-performance gear for maximum torque and high output. Fast work progress is possible thanks to the large milling diameter. Milling depth can be adjusted comfortably and without tools. The RF14-115 robust protective cover is made from die-cast aluminum with spring-mounted brush rim for low-dust working. The support ring is ideal for easy guiding of the machine and stop for working near edges.

This new model also features an adjustable front handle for safe and uniform guidance when milling, without a need for tools. The Metabo Marathon motor has patented dust protection for long service life. The Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC) full wave electronics with thumbwheel works at customized speeds for the materials used that remain almost constant under each load.

The electronic soft start makes for smooth startup and the no-volt release switch prevents unintentional startup after power cut. The Metabo S-automatic torque limiting clutch is a mechanical decoupling of the drive in case the tool jams, thus allowing for a safe working environment. Overload protection protects the motor from overheating. The auto-stop carbon brushes also protect the motor, and the aluminum flange provides long service life for heavy tools, e.g. diamond cup wheels.
