The AEMC Clamp-on Ground Resistance Tester Model 3711 measures ground rod and small grid resistance through any season, without the use of auxiliary ground rods. The Model 3711 simply clamps around the ground conductor or rod and measures the resistance to ground.
This device weighs just 2.2 Lbs. and has dimensions of 9.25 X 3.94 X 2.17 inches in size. It has a wide range of ground resistance measurement from 1 to 1200 ohm. It can also measure ground or leakage current from 1 to 30 milli amperes. The device comes with a hard-carrying case, a calibration loop, and a 9V alkaline battery.
