The HP 8452 a single collimated parallel beam Spectrophotometer, with photodiode array detector is microprocessor-controlled and has a spectral range of 190 to 820 nm using deuterium discharge lamp for the full UV and visible range and a resolution of 2 nm.The basic system is comprised of a the 8452 unit, a computer loaded with chemstation software running on Windows 95, and a single cell holder. Additional accessories that can enhance device performance include special cell holders, auto sampler, peristaltic pumps and temperature control accessory.
