DESCRIPTION

With its 2.5 foot capacity, the SterilGARD Model SG-250 biological safety cabinet is slightly larger then other commercially available cabinets. As a result, a higher volume of air permits it to handle a known quantity of aerosolized particulates more effectively. Built to exceed all microbiological aerosol tests specified by NSF Standard No. 49, the SterilGARD 2.5 includes many unique Baker features to provide superior performance, easy maintenance and lower life cycle cost. The SterilGARD 2.5 has vertical laminar airflow to protect not only the environment and the people using the cabinet, but also the product within from airborne particulates.
