It has a chromium-plated, carbon steel knife, built-in sharpener and belt-driven blade assembly. This item features a 45° angled product table makes feeding easier, which produces consistent slices. This slicer is ideal for handling oversized meats, cheeses and a variety of other products. The Berkel 827E-PLUS 12" Manual Slicer disassembles without the need of tools and is easy to clean.
