Its detection modes include Fluorescence Intensity (FI), Fluorescence Polarization (FP), Time-Resolved Fluorescence (TRF), UV-visible Absorbance, glow and flash luminescence, FRET, TR-FRET, BRET, area scanning, and spectral scanning. The optical systems include a unique combination of narrow band monochromator, optimized filter/dichroic mirror pairing, and three broad spectrum light sources (SQ Xenon Flash, Tungsten Halogen, and High Energy DPR Xenon Flash.)
