Electrolux 727696 Air-O-Chill Blast Chiller/Freezer with Cruise
The Electrolux Professional 727696 (AOF20218BRU) Air-O-Chill® Blast Chiller/Shock features remote cooling and a maximum capacity of 400 lbs. This blast chiller is designed to intake freshly cooked food at 194°F and rapidly cool it down to -40°F in four hours or less. This eliminates cool down time and frees up floor space while eliminating the risk of food getting contaminated between cooking and freezing. Two cooling modes are built into this system that suits the needs of most operations. Turbo cooling maintains the desired temperature for continuous production while Cruise Cycle uses the device’s sensor probe information to automatically freeze the food as quickly as possible.
