The ENCON N66V4-60 Thermal Evaporators is a 60 gallon/hour (1,440 gallon/day) system fabricated out of a 6% Molybdenum corrosion resistant alloy, designed to withstand corrosive waste streams at boiling temperatures. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The ENCON N66V4-60 includes UL Listed Nema 4 PLC Control Panel with ethernet connection to allow for remote access by ENCON Evaporators Service Engineers, digital & analog expansion capability, integration to other systems through Modbus TCP/IP and the capability for remote access through web browser, Android and iPhone applications. Includes air operated diaphragm pumps and valves to move water in to and out of the evaporator. Large 7” touch panel display features an intuitive HMI that offers a clear overview of evaporator state, alarm management, datalogging, trend screens and multi-language support. HMI monitoring of air temperature, water temperature, fan proving switch. Natural Gas/Propane Fired Burner w/Gas Volume Meter, Pressure Gauge, and Regulator. Auto-Fill Level Controls: low level, auto-run level, and redundant high level shut-off. Safety Shutdowns: high liquid temperature, fan proving switch, low level, high chimney temperature, level probe diagnostic condition verification. Alloy/Stainless Steel Construction: 6% Molybdenum Tank and Heat Exchanger, SS304 Skins and Lid. Additonally, it includes SS316L Compression Fit Mist Eliminator – Monitored and Interfaced to the Control Panel, Oil Overflow Weir and Outlet and 6" Flanged Cleanout with 1.5” NPT fitting for Optional Residue Removal Pump. Dimensions: 130"L x 80"W x 90"H. Empty weight: 2200 lbs. Required Utilities: Natural Gas or Propane / 120V-1PH Power Supply.
