Description:
The S1400 from Ermator is designed for ultra efficient and fast recovery of bulk dry dust, debris, and other building materials, including volatile, fine wood dust. It can be connected to electrical power tools to extract freshly cut wood or concrete dust, now considered to be hazardous to the construction, abatement and restoration worker.
Dust and debris is filtered through a built-in pre-separator, which divides the heavy particles from the light ones, and promotes longer run times in between filter cleanings. The heavy debris falls to the bottom of the tank, while the lighter ones are filtered through an HEPA filter, which has been individually tested and certified to provide a minimum efficiency of 99.97% at 0.3 microns.
The S1400 is equipped with Jet Pulse filter cleaning technology, which helps to clean the filter without exposing the operator to airborne dust. A built-in manometer alerts the operator when pre-filter cleaning is needed.
Like all other Ermator dust collectors, the S1400 features Longopac drop-down dust collection. However, on the S1400, the Longopac is housed in a transparent tank, which offers an additional layer of security in the event the bag tears or bursts. And because the tank is completely see-through, you can easily monitor the bag's contents and volume.
The S1400 also features a unique vacuum equalization system that allows for complete filling of the Longopac bag.
