DESCRIPTION
The FOERSTER probe is used as a measuring element. An iron core gets magnetized by a sinusoi-
dal field until it reaches saturation point. Due to the shape of the magnetic hysteresis loop, the shape of the magnetic flux in the iron core as a function of time will not be sinusoidal.The FOERSTER MAGNETOSCOP 1.069 Eddy Current Instrument is acompanied with a Permeability Probe measures the magnetic permeability of feebly magnetic materials.
