PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Heidelberg HRT II Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) system is a high-resolution confocal cornea microscope for two or three-dimensional images of various corneal structures, limbus, and conjunctiva. It detects the glaucomatous changes of the optic nerve head, retinal nerve fiber layer and also provides a progression analysis of glaucomatous changes over time. Its benefits include smooth examination without pupil dilation, acquisition within seconds, networked patient records and e-mail the results. Used for the prediction of valves of the HRT for primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and imaging of the anterior or posterior segments of the eye.

• Features include easy to use, built-in quality controls, compact design, portable device, and a laser diode. Suitable for glaucoma, retinal edema and confocal microscopy of the cornea or conjunctiva. It is also used to access the diabetic macular edema, central serous retinopathy, cystoid macular edema, occlusive diseases, and macular holes.
• Specifications include 15 x 15 degrees field of view, 1 to 4 mm focus depth, up to -12 to 12 dpt. focus range, pupil diameter greater than 1 mm, 1 to 6 seconds image acquisition time per 3D image, 384 x 384 x 16 to 384 x 384 x 64 pixels 3D image size, 4 to 6 MB of data volume per eye, 670 nm wavelength and operating temperature ranging from 10 to 40 degrees C. Equipped with fixation lamp, 3 axis adjustment, acquisition button, astigmatism lens set -6 to 6 diopters.
