The Invitrogen Tali Image Based Cytometer is a benchtop assay platform with a touch-screen interface. The three-channel optic options (bright field, green fluorescence, and red fluorescence) can perform assays of cells in suspension, including apoptosis, cell viability, cell cycle, and cell counting assays. Additionally, the green and red fluorescent channels can count green or red fluorescent stains, along with cells expressing GFP and RFP.
Using a sample volume of 25 microliters, the Tali Image Based Cytometer can execute the typical assay between 10 seconds and 2 minutes, depending on the complexity of the assay and number of fields captured.
After generating reports, the Tali Image Based Cytometer offers the option to save and transfer data to a PC using a USB drive.
