DESCRIPTION
This ain’t your Momma’s oven. Unlike the conventional oven used to roast the family’s Thanksgiving turkey for up to six hours, eventually drying out the meat, convection ovens cook foods thoroughly using hot air that is moved throughout the chamber by a fan. Using lower temperatures and less time, these ovens save you energy and money, making your kitchen economical and effective. The Moffat 32" Turbofan Electric Convection Oven is a perfect step up from its conventional counterpart, and the perfect fit to meet your needs.

The electrically heated Turbofan convection oven has a one piece porcelain enameled oven chamber that can fit two full size sheet pans. Its stainless steel construction is attractive and no problem to clean. The Safe-Touch drop down door with Stay-Cool handle insures that even though inside the oven is incredibly hot, you’ll be able to touch the door’s glass and handle with no fear of burning yourself. With its bi-directional single reversing fan system, the E27M2 has a temperature range of 150°F to 500°F, as controlled by a mechanical thermostat. The plug-in door seal keeps the heat in and the oven running efficiently. Its dual halogen oven lamps makes peeking on breads baking or chickens roasting easy, and the 60 minute bake timer reminds you to take them out when they’re done. The anti-skid adjustable feet keeps the oven right where you put it.

If you are looking to purchase a convection oven that will roast turkey, bake pies, and cook anything else to tasty goodness, then the Moffat E27M2 is a great investment and will definitely impress your Mom.

The E27M2 Turbofan convection oven runs on 208 Volts, 50/60 Hz, 1 phase and 13 Amps for 2,700 Watts or 220-240 Volts, 50/60 Hz, 1 phase and 12 Amps for 3,000 Watts and it is equipped with cordset and a NEMA 6-15P plug.

The convection oven is ETL listed for the United States and Canada, and NSF listed.
