The SpectraMax® MiniMax™ 300 Imaging Cytometer simplifies workflow by enabling cell and whole-well assays in a small footprint. It eliminates cell staining for cell counting and confluency measurements by using StainFree™ Technology. Multi-parametric cell-based assays with brightfield and green and red fluorescent imaging result in more data. Set up, image, and analyze cells in a snap using SoftMax® Pro Microplate Data Acquisition and Analysis Software. Higher sensitivity permits easier measurement of low cell concentration samples. With lower variance, users can normalize plate data to the number of cells in each well.
