This Used Southbend EH/10SC Convection Commercial Oven has a 140°F to 500°F adjustable solid state thermostat control, stainless steel door with encased double pane glass, and the manual reset high limit temperature control protects the oven from overheat condition.

Condition
This Used Southbend EH/10SC Convection Oven was tested by our in house technicians. The unit was plugged in and brought up to its maximum temperature. It was left on for several hours to ensure it stays at that temperature. All electrical components were tested to ensure they are not shorted or frayed. Heating elements and their controls were tested to show that they are functioning properly. The unit was then left on for several hours to show it could cook properly and consistently. This Used Southbend EH/10SC Convection Oven passed all quality control tests and is in good condition.
