This Helos system is full working condition, and is fully tested by our technical staff. The instrument shows typical signs of wear such as scratches and dings. Almost everything you need to run a test is included with the system, except for a canister vacuum, which can be bought at almost any store, and the "pigtail" which can be assembled with off-the-shelf connectors. Our techs successfully had the unit read all the lens controls (there are a total of 7...R1=35um R2=87.5um R3=175um R4=350um R5=875um R6=1750um, R7=3500um). and they ran several analysis using different lenses with silica sand as our sample. The results acquired with the tests were consistent and reasonable. However, this system may need calibrated/installed by Sympatec before accurate results can be achieved.
The software is included with this system, as well as a computer with the software pre-installed. The security dongle and all connection cords will also will be included. The Windox software can control all aspects of the experiment, from turning on the Rodos/M and Vibri units as specified in analysis set-up menu.
