The plate is easily wiped clean, making it convenient to be used in serial measurements. Furthermore, it takes less than a minute to measure the full DNA spectra from all 16 samples with Thermo Scientific Multiskan GO. For flexibility, the µDrop plate also enables cuvette measurement. µDrop Plate is compatible with Thermo Scientific Multiskan GO and Thermo Scientific Varioskan Flash.
The µDrop plate provides a straightforward means of analyzing up to 16 microliter-scale samples simultaneously. The fixed light path of the µDrop plate allows direct calculation of the nucleic acid concentrations of the samples. Samples are easy to pipet onto the plate with a single- or an eight-channel pipet.
