The AKTA FPLC is a preparative liquid chromatography system ideal for the fast purification of proteins. This is a very compact and flexible unit that can meet almost any lab’s purification needs. It features a P-920 pump that provides flow rates up to 20 mL/min which are ideal for fast separation, and the UPC-900 measures both UV and temperature of the samples. It has a max operating pressure of 5 MPa (725 psi), a standard flow cell path length of 5 mm, and a single wavelength detection of 254 and 280 nm (optional filters are also available).
