DESCRIPTION

The Faema Legend E61 is a commercial grade, semiautomatic espresso machine that perfectly combines classic style and modern features. Originally released by Faema in 1961, the E61 is an iconic espresso machine with popularity all over the world. The current E61 Legend maintains its cool retro look with its beautiful stainless steel body, and is equipped with a pre-infusion system, automatic boiler fill, a hot water economizer and numerous other contemporary updates. Utilizing Faema’s patented Adjustable Group Thermal Balancing System, this machine allows you to have complete temperature control over each individual group. The E61 Legend is available with a 1 group option and a 2 group option.

• Features include stainless steel design, 4 stage filter system, dial in the setting for water hardness or brew system, self-closing valve, hot water economizer and adjustable thermal balancing system. Used for commercial purposes.
• Specifications include 11 liters boiler capacity, 0.5-micron filtration, typical 9-atmosphere pressure for water, 380 to 415 V supply voltage at 50 Hz input frequency and 4000 to 4800 W maximum power. Available in 715 x 540 x 565 mm dimension and 60 kg weight. Equipped with two pressure gauges, one steam wand, and hot water wand. Accessories available are electric cup warmer slim, a refrigerated unit with a real compressor and Frigo milk (refrigerated unit for milk).
