Lincoln Impinger II Conveyor Ovens. Designed for applications where demand is high and floor space is limited, these ovens allow for rapid heating, cooking, baking and crisping of foods, typically done in two to four times faster than conventional ovens. The 18" wide, 56" long conveyor belt and 28" wide baking chamber give this oven the capacity of one to two full-size deck ovens. Self-contained, conveyorized, stackable baking/finishing oven. Temperature is adjustable from 250 to 575 degrees F; Conveyor speed is adjustable from 1 to 30 minutes. These ovens can be stacked three high for maximum capacity. Available in both Gas and Electric models.
